Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Real Tech HVAC website and services.

Service estimates

All written estimates are valid for 30 days. Verbal estimates are not binding.

Warranty

Workmanship is guaranteed for one year on repairs and two years on installations unless otherwise specified in writing. Manufacturer warranties pass through to the homeowner.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion unless financing has been arranged. We accept all major credit cards, checks, and ACH.

Limitation of liability

Real Tech HVAC is not liable for pre-existing conditions discovered during service or for damages caused by equipment installed by third parties.
